* Training Program to Improve Consultation and Response Skills for Staff Engaging with Inbound Visitors
===============================================================
Four practical training sessions will be offered to improve consultation and response skills for staff engaging with inbound visitors.
The programs are useful both in normal times and during emergencies.
Participation is free. Please apply!

[Schedule] *Training Hours: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM (each day)
Day 1: Monday， December 1
Day 2: Thursday， December 4
Day 3: Monday， December 8
Day 4: Thursday， December 11

* Autumn Special Exhibition 2025 ”Legacy: Objects Connecting the Yayoi and Kofun Periods” at the Museum of Yayoi Culture
===============================================================
This exhibition focuses on “Denseihin” (transmitted artifacts)， such as Dotaku (bronze bells) and Dokyo (bronze mirrors)， whose production dates and burial dates differ greatly.
We examine new interpretations and detailed analytical results to approach one of the greatest mysteries in the history of ancient state formation.

Exhibition Period: Until Sunday， December 7， 2025
*Closure: Mondays (If a national holiday falls on Monday， it is closed on Tuesday.)
- Time: 9:30 am - 5:00 pm (Last Entry Time: 4:30 pm)
- Entry Fee: General: 430 yen， College/High-School Students and 65 and over: 330 yen
*Free for junior high school students or younger， and for those with disabilities and their one helper.

Junior high schools in 8 cities in Osaka Prefecture are accepting new students for night classes.
The program is open to residents who could not graduate from junior high school or who graduated from junior high school without receiving an adequate education.

Sudden temperature changes， such as moving from a cold dressing room into a hot bath， can be dangerous.
They may cause serious health problems， including heart attacks and strokes.

* Need a new passport? Apply early!
=================================================================
Starting from applications submitted on March 24， the current type of passport was replaced by the “2025-type passport” to protect against counterfeiting and alteration.
The National Printing Bureau produces passports centrally and delivers them to each prefecture.
Consequently， the days required from application to issuance are extended to 10 business days (previously 6 business days) at the Osaka Prefectural Passport Center and 14 business days (previously 10 business days) at city and town offices in the prefecture.
